I have a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model GS6SHEXNS00 built in 2005). I checked the fridge to the bone. The thermostat measures the infinite temperature, the heater is 20 ohms and is heated. The grille has been deleted, does the work on the condenser, evaporator fan. The evaporator coils are sink is clogged with snow and ice. I even have a copper wire in the heating cable to the drain plug, without preventing success. I manually defrosted the coils with a hair dryer on several occasions.
